Pay $99 is your signature. Payment licenses you and your brokerage to use the staged files on that address only (MLS, flyers, social). Not for other addresses. We deliver within 24 hours of payment.
What you get. Furniture and decor added to your existing photos. Walls, windows, floors, views, and the camera stay as shot. We do not add pools, views, or construction that is not there.
Virtually Staged required. Every file has “Virtually Staged” on the image. You put that on the MLS photo and follow your board’s rules. Original empty photos stay yours to keep on the listing.
No refund after files are sent. One free revision if furniture is the wrong scale. We can refuse a room that will look fake.
Not a brokerage. We are not your agent. Informational staging only. Not a licensed appraisal, survey, or brokerage service.
